Returns & Refunds Policy / Cancellation Rights
If you are not happy with the products received , within 14 working days of recieving the goods , simply return the items AS NEW & UNUSED to our returns address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. You must also take reasonable care of the goods. We will deem that you have not taken reasonable care of the goods if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
Refunds (excluding postage) will be given within 30 days of cancellation. We will only refund the postage back to you if WE have made a mistake, e.g. sent out the incorrect size.
For purchases made between Christmas and New Year's Eve 2012, we will extend the return date to the 16/01/2013. If you are going away you need to inform us of any delay.
Returning Faulty Items: Please ensure that you inform us of any damage to goods at the time of receiving them or as soon as possible to avoid any delays in receiving a replacement or refund. It is the customers responsibilty to send faulty items back using a safe and secure method.
For large items we can arrange an uplift which we will charge at cost. (mynewracket accept no responsibilty for the postage back for faulty item.)
Exchanges: Please state clearly the NAME AND SIZE of any exchange items as well as your original ORDER NUMBER. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. You must also take reasonable care of the goods.
If you need replacement items, we will have to charge you postage for these (even if the original order may have been postage free).

You can print off a RETURNS FORM HERE (pdf). You must send this with your returned items.
mynewracket highly recommends that you send your returned items back to us via some form of recorded delivery, so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then
mynewracket will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
Unacceptable Returns
If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we reserve the right not to refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
